Gary and Graeme worked together as a management team for over 15 years on numerous and major construction projects before forming Appia Group in 2010. Graeme is responsible for business development and administration, and Gary is responsible for operations management.

The only way a successful project outcome is achieved is with the right personnel. The right people in the right role doing good work at all times is the only way to undertake a project. Appia Group directly employs a team of motivated and proactive Project Managers and Engineers. Site management and operations are undertaken by experienced foremen, tradesmen, plant operators, and labourers. Specialist sub-contractors extend our team as required.
We own, operate, and maintain our plant and equipment required for our projects. Our excavators range from 1.7 tonne capable of squeezing through a 960 mm door, all the way through to a 48 tonne. Rollers, skid steers, truck and trailers, water carts, and traxcavators complement the fleet. Specialist plant and equipment extend the fleet as required.
