About Commercial Civil
Since the beginning Appia has been the civil contractor on Melbourne’s largest retail precincts (including multiple Chadstone projects, multiple Werribee Plaza projects, Woodgrove Melton, Eastland, The Glen, and many more) as well as large commercial projects such as Caulfield Precinct and Harbour Town Docklands.
We have also completed projects at numerous office and apartment towers around town, retirement communities, education facilities, and community hubs. We work with the biggest and smallest builders in Melbourne. These projects typically involve ground level demolition, bulk and detailed earthworks, trenching and service installation, road and pavement construction.
